JB Management is owned and operated locally by John Marschel and Brian Schellinger.

We are both graduated student athletes who have been residents in the St. Cloud area for 30 years. We pride ourselves on being very easy to work with. We’re responsive for maintenance concerns and keep all properties very well maintained. John and Brian have over 13 years of combined experience managing student rentals and look forward to putting that experience to work for you.
